How to use FLink

This page provides quick start guides for some common types of searches. The FLink Help document provides detailed descriptions of the input required, output displays, and the program's features and functions.

Input a file of protein sequence identifiers and retrieve a ranked list of biosystems in which they are involved.

Start with a gene expression study and retrieve a ranked list of biosystems in which the up- or down-regulated genes are involved.

Download one-to-one correspondences between records in two different databases as a comma-separated value (CSV) file (e.g., protein sequence identifiers → gene identifiers)

Save PubMed search results as a comma-separated value (CSV) file and import them into a spreadsheet
